Panaria Ceramica’s surfaces for a private residence in Vergaio (Prato)
In Vergaio, a village near Prato, in a typically Tuscan context both for its urban planning and architecture, there is a house whose renovation was carried out by the architectural studio Bettazzi + Percoco architetti, that has radically transformed the rather dark and impractical spaces that date back to the 1960s.
Panaria Ceramica has made an important contribution to the redefinition of the environments, thanks to the use of the Opificio 22/A collection, which has made it possible to diversify the spaces while maintaining a certain continuity in style. The outdoor flooring was made using the Terra nuance, with a thickness of 2 cm, in the 90x90 cm size. The tiles of the same collection, but in the Calce color (90x90 cm), make up the flooring of the internal ground floor, while for the kitchen backsplash the Trame Chiaro decoration (20x20 cm) was chosen, which gives a certain dynamism to the environment.
The surfaces of Panaria Ceramica have also been used to embellish other spaces of the villa. The base of the fireplace has been enhanced using Eternity in the Marquina Black color (60x120 cm), which thanks to the precious naturalness of the material, manages to integrate perfectly into a space with a decidedly urban character. For the internal stairs, instead, the designers opted for Prime Stone in the Black Soft version (100x300 cm) and its contemporary touch, obtained thanks to the fusion of stone and concrete for a look with great aesthetic performance.
